Alex does this mean that the blindness in part on the Jewish people can not be taken away until the gentile church is raptured to heaven. thanks

My belief is that the time of the gentiles refer to several things dealing with the gentiles.
1- the church as you say, i believe the time of the church will end not in rapture but in apostasy, which we now see is happening. There is no pre-millenial raptured as Jesus stated, after those days of tribulation then the son of man will be seen descending from heaven in Glory".
2- When the occupation of Israel by the gentile invaders is over and we have seen many in the past 2000 years, we saw an end in 1967 when we took Jerusalem from the arab occupiers, but then we gave them right over some parts of Jerusalem again, so when the jews decide to kick the arabs and catholics of all denominations(greek orthodox, coptics and Roman catholics)out of jerusalem ,then the end of the times of the gentiles will be over.
I think that is very close in times to come, I see many many Jews seeking their Messiah and finding him, which is my goal to bring as many as possible to Christ's atonement.
You just have to live amongst them as I did for many years to know what is really going on , Shalom
