I was talking to an atheist one day and he told me,"I do not believe Dr. Wilson what you are preaching."
I said,"you have told me what you do not believe; perhaps you will tell me what you do believe."
He replied,"I believe death ends it all."
"So do I," I said.
"what, you belive death ends all?"
"I certainly do," I answered. Death ends all chance for doing evil; death ends all your joy; death ends all your projects, all your ambitions, all your friendships; death ends all the gospel you will ever hear; death ends it all for you and you go out into the outer darkness..
As for myself, death ends all my wanderings, all my tears, all my perplexities, all my disapointments, all my aches and pains; death ends it all and i go to be with my lord in Glory."
"I never thought of it that way."he said
The outcome was that i led that man to Christ just by agreeing with him that "death ends it all."

"There's room at the cross for you."
and what? you still believe some thing of you lives on after you die.
a ridiculous notion . when your dead your dead .the only hope there is
is that that you will receive a resurrection and come back to life .this can only happen buy the power and might of Jehovah God by means of Jesus.
it is a promise and it is true.
If we are nothing AFTER death, solely just "present" while alive. Then let me know your answer of this one question, please?
The Lord said that he knew us BEFORE we were (born). If that is so, then how would he know"us" unless wewere a spirit that existed before our physical bodies?
cataway there is a part of you that lives on after your death before the resurrection, I would reccomend doing a bit more reading in the Bible.
no taz the only thing that lives on is the memory of you
Ecclesiastes
7A name is better than good oil, and the day of death than the day of one"™s being born. 2 Better is it to go to the house of mourning than to go to the banquet house, because that is the end of all mankind; and the one alive should take [it] to his heart. 3 Better is vexation than laughter, for by the crossness of the face the heart becomes better. 4 The heart of the wise ones is in the house of mourning, but the heart of the stupid ones is in the house of rejoicing.

What part of Today is so hard to understand... Luke 23: 43 And Jesus said to him, "Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in paradise."

Under inspiration, the psalmist draws attention to the fact that God"™s knowledge of us precedes even the time of our birth, saying: "Foryouyourselfproducedmykidneys;youkeptmescreenedoffinthebellyofmymother.Ishalllaudyoubecauseinafear-inspiringwayIamwonderfullymade.Yourworksarewonderful,asmysoulisverywellaware." (Psalm 139:13, 14) The combining of genes from our father and our mother at the time of conception produces the pattern that profoundly influences our physical and mental potential. God understands that potential. In this psalm special mention is made of the kidneys, which are often used in the Scriptures to represent the innermost aspects of personality. (Psalm 7:9; Jeremiah 17:10) Jehovah has known these details about us since before we were born. He is also the one who with loving concern designed the human body so that a fertilized cell within a mother"™s womb produces a protective housing to "˜screen off"™ the embryo and protect it as it develops.
