Default Still alive and kicking!

Thanks to a few of you who have PM'ed and wondered if I was still on the planet. Yes, I am, and miss all of you. Right after the holidays I was asked to help chair a reunion committee. As you can imagine I have been very busy with Home, Work (2 jobs), Church, a 14 month old (oh man-His brother was NEVER this active at this age!!!!! Or maybe I just forgot!! If he isn't grabbing at me when I walk in the door, his mother is handing him to me!!!) trying to find a weekend to Coyote hunt (This weekend is it!) and the reunion.

So, I have really missed you all and hope to be back more in commission at the beginning of April. I still peek in every week or two, but just have not had the time to chime in. I hope everyone is doing well and the off season is still a good season. We still have plenty of good Coyote huntingtill mid April. The Cougar hunts are going strong as well.

Take care and as always,

God Bless,

Porter.

Yes,

I am finally able to spend a bit more time here again. Thanks to all of you for your replies, nice to hear from you. I will finish up with this reunion this weekend and be more readily available.

Chuck---Sorry man, forgive me! Pm if needed! I notice you have been "Christian" turkey hunting and didn't invite me! Are those the the baptised birds or just the ones that confess with their beak?

Manuaman---I hate to tell you, I'm qactually the guy who looks like Joe Pesci! That is probably why those guys didn't do the job. Remember, I lived in Sicily for more than two years. They call mi "il Padrino" (the little Godfather) here at work when in come in in a 3 piece suit. And ...$100 bucks!!!!...Goodness gracious, my wife would be glad to know that I have actually gone UP in value! She says some days whenI have hunting on the brain I'm not worth two bits! Just worthless!

Taz---No luck on the Yotes yet, the one free weekendI have had in nearly three months I decided to go snowshoeing and cross country skiing. That was a blast, I did dress in my Nat Gear and carry my brand new .357 with Cor-Bon 200 Grainers (that is some good stuff, very little felt recoil in the new GP 100) just in casethe doggies or large kittens wanted me for lunch.

Rev---Missed you man. No ghosts here, just me!

I hope all finds you all well.

Porter.

Reb,

I laughed my behind off when I read that one. Nope, just one wife. Although you bring up and excellent point. Me and the MRS. were married 15 years on the 22nd of March. I wish we could have had more of a second honeymoon. I did cook her breakfast that morning and took her to dinner that night. I wish I could have done more.

Furthermore, if the current LDS prophet decided that plural marriage was now a commnandment again,I would have a really hard time with that one. There are so many things that went along with that 1800's commandment anyways, butI feel so darn uncomfortable with the thought. Besides, as marvelous a woman as the Mrs. is,I just could stand dealing with more than ONE womans emotions and hormones! I'm glad I have had some prefessional training with all that kind of stuff or I would just go batty!

Thanks for response (i'm still laughing!!!)

God Bless,

Porter.
