Thanks for the replies. Nothing has been any different around here. Just trying to get my students ready for the annual standardized testing. Specks are still biting . Everyone on here seems to be doing fine.

Knightia,

The military has made a missionary out of my son. He now has a squad going to church with him. He carries his Word with him at all times and his letters sound like the Apostle Paul. It's the best thing going on in our family at the time. The hives are gone. We are very thankful at the work God is doing in our son's heart. Thanks so much for replying. I hope you and your family is doing well too.

Glad to hear things are going so well with you son chuck , good deal.

I dont get to talk to mine much( my mate ussally talks some to my sons wife a little) she tells me there are in a choir now at a church they found in Ky& my sons even teaching some sunday school classes(i will prob go down& see him the grandkids etc in 3 mths or so)- glad my sons involed in these things too.( For your other son to prayers, he sounds like mine a risk taker,on his bike)

Thanks for sharing Mr. Fish. I'm real happy about your son. You must be very proud of him. I tell ya what ..when your children are serving the Lord it is tops. No buck or trophy bass can top that. No lottery or 1000s of acres. Nothing beats it when you know your children are serving the Lord.

Knowing the way God has dealt with me ..I worry about Matt. when the chips ae down he goes for his Bible. I'm just concerned because as you said he is a risk taker. I actually anticipate a phone call from the police sayig he is either in jail or the hospitol. I am reminded of the rebuke to the priest Eli for not disciplining his 2 sons..Therefore I do in love remind him often of God's Word. He spends most of his time away for I do not allow him bringing home his girlfriend in his bedroom.We did not raise him like that. When he prances around like all is fine and merry I warn him ..Matt fornicators will not inherit the KIngdom of God. It hurts. I want my son to be happy.However.My wife sacrificed 12 years to home-school him. He knows right from wrong. It truly breaks my heart but Andrew has on the other hand has brought oceans of joy to our hearts. Sorry for rambling on.

C7 glad to hear your son is doing well as well as you. One thing to keep in mind is in raising your son you have done your part, you have shown him the path, you will not be held accountable if he chooses a different path then the one you have pointed out to him.

Shin splints!!!! Oh yes, how I loved them!
