RE: Why God? Why?
in steading of asking God why, we should ask, what can i do in this situation God to glorify you..I and i know you all have heard many times the question,"Why does bad things happen to good people." the question should be, "Why do good things happen to bad people." we are all sinners and the bible says there is none righteous no not one..but God in his wonderful love and mercy is always there to bail us out if we just put our trust in him. I love that song that says He is an in time, on time all the time God..
I pray daily for this forum and i covet your prayers for me that God will continue to use me in whatever wayi can and pray that i'll be a good witness where ever i go..we on this forum sit here daily and quote hundreds of scripture but what about the old drunk down the street or the dope addict around the corner? do we take time to tell them about John 3:16? or Romans 6:23..someone started a thread about why are we here..we are here to glorify God and what better way than to do as Jesus told us,"Go yeinto all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." that being that Jesus came to this old wicked earth and was born of a virgin, not just a young women, but a virgin and without the virgin birth the would be no salvation..He lived a sinless life and was crucified on an old rugged cross, for your sins and mine..He was buried in a borrowed tomb and arose on the third day and later ascended into Heaven..oh but my friends that's not the end of the story because Praise God He's coming again to catch up His church and we will spend all eternity with him in that place called heaven..that's the gospel, the good news that we need to tell to all the world..
I didn't mean to preach but sometime the Lord lays on our heart something that maybe someone might need to hear..thanks for putting up with me and God bless you all..
