being young money

Many young people they are so driven by money. I would say am as well maybe not as great. So many many young people are leaveing my home state of Indiana. Mainly because I believe they want to or there are better jobs else where. I dont want to do that. Is there something wrong with that. Do what makes you happy right?Everything I want is right here.

Tough call.

Some days I hate my job...however without it I couldn't fish and hunt like I do. There are benefits on both ends.

I could live in a small peaceful village somewhere and maybe get a Walmart job. It would be nice to have a peaceful home and neighbors tha twould let ya hunt....and tha tis a maybe {For no one knows what kind of neighbors you might have.

Or... you could move to the big city full of crime/moneyand take vacations in the quiet villages...then in 30 years retire to the quiet place with about 40 acres. We have chosen the latter.

I really wish money wasn't needed in this world...but it is. I for one, don't care a whole lot for my job either. I'd much rather be doing something else...

But at least I have a job to "not like." That's more than most people can say.

I had a job I disliked for 22 years. The money was good but the people I worked for were somewhat difficult. Inow have a job I love, but the money is not that great. I am motivated and enjoygoing to work.From my personal experience, I would suggest that the headaches, heartaches and stress from a nice salary as in my case, don't out weigh your day to day happiness and what it means to your family. No amount of money can get that time back. Place yourself in Gods hands, and look for and trust His willfor your life. With that said, remember, that some good paying jobs are jobs that you may love. Very good advice...During college my wife home-schooled our boys. We were poor and I couldn't go hunting for 10 years. But ....we were very happy. We rented a single wide trailor. I collected aluminum cans and worked 2 jobs. My joy was playing with my kids and coaching baseball.

NOw because of college I teach. It used to be fun.It's not anymore. You are not allowed to send kids to the office and I hve to ignore some pretty wicked behavior. Not so much from mine but other teachers who have no control. Yesterday a male substitute was gettin eattin up .I couldn't stand it any longer and opened his door and said shouting"Send me your 3 badest kids over here..I'll deal with them!!!" And he gladly did. And then try getting aparent to come in for a conference. It really bums me out. 11 more years. Sure the pay is great but who knows if I'll even be alive in 11 more years.

My brother, the only thing I can honestly tell say about work and money is, Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you...

God has opened doors I could never open by myself... When you first earnestly seek Him, the rest will fall into place. The Bible says, He will give you the desires of your heart.. and what more could anyone ask for?
