My family is doing fine. My sons need daily prayer and I'm trusting God is working in their lives. My wife is taking her last out of field class. I've lost 17 pounds so far this month but each day is a challenge. My classroom is a challenge and I purposely leave the caffine alone because I'm afraid I might grab a kid or something. I feel a tug on my heart to go toward full time ministry and plan to talk to our pastor about it . It's a long process in the Methodist church so I need to join the church and devout myself 100%. This weekend I plan to meet Tree Climber for some fellowship. Tha tshould be exciting.
thats great man, how, did you just cut back or what, i've lost about 22 but it has taken 3 months thanksgiving and Christmas didn't help either, andrew is in my daily prayers as are you and the rest of your family, i also include all of my buddies from here, things are going reasonable well for me, my sister is making tremendious strides in fighting the demons of addiction, my nephews health is still the same, they are monitoring the growth for any changes, also if he starts having any symptoms, the only thing in my life that i am really questioning is my current employment status, i really would like to be working in my own business, i would love to be doing something with the hunting or fishing industry, oh well i know it is all going to work out for me just as it will you......

I admire you both on your weight loss. I have a real problem with this issue and struggle daily with it. It seems to be a constant fight for me just to avoid gaining weight let alone lose any. I'm not ridicuolously heavy, most people tell me I'm just a bit chunky (there being nice) but I do have high BP and my triglycerides are high and my doctor says that taking off 20 pouds would be a very good idea. Anyway, great job! Other than the weight thing, things are well for me and my family. I retired 3 years ago and am finally adjusting to the new life style. My wife hasless than ayear to go. With God's grace we will have many years to enjoy our retirement together.
thats great man, how, did you just cut back or what,I pretty much follow the Weight Watcher's point program. Some of the secrets...get off sodas and coffee. They mess up your blood sugar and make ya think your hungry when you are not. And depend on Christ Jesus through prayer. That is the main thing. We have a point counter and plan each meal rigerously before cooking. I strive for 29 points a day.i've lost about 22 but it has taken 3 months thanksgiving and Christmas didn't help either,That is good brother.andrew is in my daily prayers as are you and the rest of your family,Thanks..Andrew called last night. Their outfit seems like a bunch of &%&% to me. I sent him a box of tangerines and healthy food. They opened the box and sent it away. He's had the flu for 3 weeks. They will not send him to sick call. They kept him in the gas chamber so long yesterday his skin was hot all day yesterday. He puked 6 times. I'm getting real upset at those dudes. I was in there and it wasn't like that for me.i also include all of my buddies from here, Very good brother. things are going reasonable well for me, my sister is making tremendious strides in fighting the demons of addiction,Awesome!!! my nephews health is still the same, they are monitoring the growth for any changes, also if he starts having any symptoms,I will lift him up this morning.the only thing in my life that i am really questioning is my current employment status, i really would like to be working in my own business, i would love to be doing something with the hunting or fishing industry, oh well i know it is all going to work out for me just as it will you...... Nothing is impossible with God. Abide in Him through prayer and obedience and wonderful things happen.

PS Weight Watcher points are easy . YOu have a card board slide. All you need to know is FIBER..CALORIES and FAT GRAMS.
YOU line those numbers up on your 3"x 6" slide and it gives you the points. Mostmen should be eatting bet6ween 29 and 33 points daily. Nearly all fruits are 2 points, Nearly all vegtables are 0 The more fiber a food has the less points. The other day I had baked beans , molassess and bacon. One large cup 3 points. My tuna on healthy bread was 11
Mayonaise has 3 points per tablespoon. same as olive oil. So we count every ingredient. 12 ounze beef steak 25 points venison 8The prayer part is the most important. The Word says the stomach can be a god. The scripture says "They that are Christ have crucified the flesh with it's lust." ONLY through Christ do we have victory over our flesh. THIS IS A FACT. The day I believe it's me.. is the day I gain back all my weight and everything else. Truly He alone is our victory. Weight Watchers is only a tool.

You can see what I do on my reply to MT Hand. The main incredient though my friend as you already know is God's Spirit. We must nurture his Spirit in our lives throuigh
Fasting
Prayer
Obedience
Bible Reading
Paul said he has NO CONFIDENCE IN HIS FLESH...and neither do I. Apart from Christ I am a very selfish ,perverted creep....and lost. In Him I'm the head and not the tail. Victorious and not defeated.
I do pray that you and your wife have many blessed years to come. Our Lord is wonderful and in Him is fulness of life.
"Error never shows itself in its naked reality in order not to be discovered. On the contrary, it dresses elegantly, so that the unwary may be led to believe that it is more truthful than truth itself."
-Irenaeus of Lyon
Two and a half years ago, in one day, I quit all alcohol consumption, and threw away my snuff a habit I've had since 12, I put away all smokes even the occasional cigar that I loved so dear, but I started chewing Nicorette Gum. I quit that too the first of January, but I have constantly been munching on something, I've really never had a weight problem, but I am hoping that this eating thing I am doing will only speed up my metabolism and not gain weight. You have to understand this is the first time sinceI was 12 yearsold thatI have been nicotine free (Glory). So far I am still hold around 210 my normal weight, I am 6 foot tall and handle that weight OK for being 57 years old. The good news is my wife (the one that started me chewing that silly gum) also quit chewing that stuff.. It is saving us over 90 dollars a week... And that is great news.... But I feel so ashamed of being a closet Nicorette gum chewing fool . Any way I am now confessing it before men, I was still in bondage, but now I am free... Thank You Jesus...
