With all the heat and dissension lately, I heard a joke last night that was pretty funny. I also have heard others that poke a little fun, without going to the extreme of being disrespectful or irreligious. So if you know any that fit that category--let 'er rip!Mine was, do you now what kind of jokes tha the JW's prefer? Knock -knock jokes! Think abou it.Or teh Presbyterian mionister that stumbled and fell down 2 flights of stairs. He got up, and brushed himself off, and said--'whew, am I glad to get that out of the way!' Then there's the one about Oral Roberts taking his pet on a walk in the morning--his pet duck!

That's the ones I was referring to as not appropriate! It is more alongthe lines of denominational differences--I was raised presbyterian, so I am allowed to poke fun at the hyper Calvinists!
I have a habit of re-telling bad jokes. Here it goes.
A Catholic Priest, a Methodist Minister and a
Lutheran Pastor all serving in a small town had
a regular lunch date during which they shared
their particular trials and supported each other.
One day the Priest say's "We've got a real problem
with bats in our attic. Have either of you had to
deal with this problem"? The Minister replies, "Why
yes, we've had this problem for years. Nothing we
do seems to help. How about you Pastor, has your
church had this problem"? The Pastor says "No, we
just baptize them, confirm them and then we never
see them again".
Yeah...and she hates TV preachers but she knows when Oral is on ALL is quiet and I listen carefully to every word.
