RE: Friends Just ate the best venison ever
Chuck I will give you the very best -by far- deer roast recipies I have ever tried.
1/3 to 1/4 cup of Tone's Canadian Steak Seasoning. (1/3 cup for a large roast, 1/4 for a small roast)
1 package of Lipton's Onion soup mix.
1 can of beer (any kind).
Put it all in a crock-pot, finish filling with water.
Cook on high all night and turn it to low the next morning after replacing any evaporated water.
When you get home from work, you will have the best, tenderest roasts you will have ever eaten.
Don't worry about putting to much Tone's in, if you do, all that it does is to add a little spice heat to it.
