Default Jesus Christ superstar

Just food for throught if Christ had come now instead of 2000 years ago
would we nail him to a cross or would he be like the music ideals today with people following him and screaming his name. I hate to think of it but the people of today would nail him to the cross and that says alot about people of today times. His own people turn agiast him would we do diff. just food for throught.

Thats a real good question in my opinion Refrow. I believe that He prolly wouldn't be welcome in most churches, the government would prolly have Him arrested, and I'm sure He would be banned if He posted on here. All that said, there would be some that would follow Him, but without a doubt He would be crucified.

And before anybody jumps up and screams I am wrong this is not to anybody it is just want I see

Renfrow I will be honest and say I don't know, if it was his first time coming with the same purpose then I would say that yes he would in some manner be sacrificed by his own, the Jews in order to atone for our sins.

The "You always think your right and I am wrong" defensive mentality is why Christ would'nt be welcome here. There are many different beliefs here and many folk that like to scratch the sore spots. It really should'nt bother us if someone says we're wrong . .what should bother us tho is if we don't really know we're right. Myself, my shortcoming is not that it bothers me if someone says I'm wrong . . . . .I may be . .if so, thanks for showing me right, if not then , I'm confident enough to not let it bother me. My short coming is that when I percieve malice,or resentment, or vindictivness, I allow that to stir the war in my blood.
Christ would offend many of us here . . .I don't think it would be our bickering that would drive Him off (even His diciples bickered), it would be our "you think your right and I am wrong" defensive attitude that would make Him not welcome here.
