I haven't followed the story enough to know ALL the details but based on what I have seen of him on TV (dude was one menacing lookin cat in his youth huh? []) the fact that he stared The Crips and was tried and convicted for the deaths of 4 people. Then I say HANG HIM HIGH and let him swing till the buzzards eat enough of him to make his carcass fall. I am not about to let my confidence and admiration for our justice system falter for the life of one common thug. The fact that the state of CA is FINALLY ready to pull the plug on this demon shows he is guilty beyond comprehension. You can rest assured the libbies have exhausted ALL possible resources and avenues and yet his plug is hours from being yanked!

I don't care if he DID "come too know Jesus" and write childrens books. ALOT of death row inmates "love Jesus" as their day comes near. I say let Jesus decide what to do with him. If we are wrong for capital punishment then that is a decision we will have to all answer for one day now isn't it?

The simple fact of the case is that the media LOVES controversy and sensationalism. This story has it all racism, rioting, death penalty, "reformed" prisoners, a conservative administration in both DC and CA... it's got it all. If he was a white dude in TX not only would he have been dead back in the 80s but you are I would NEVER have heard about it until after the fact. It's just sensationalistic journalism and that's about the only thing the major media can pull off anymore.

Well it seems that in a few hours he will meet Jesus. If he is saved that is between him and God, I guess the state of Calf. is arranging that meeting.

God takes no joy in a man's death, nor do I.

If I were govenor I would have done the same as has been done. If Williams had confessed and there-by laid aside any excuse for rioting and any doubting the police did their job.
For me atleast it would have gone a long way toward showing me that he walks the talk he profess'.

As Williams has left things it shows me that he talked the talk...but that is all it is.

A man that won't even bother to say " I am sorry" to those he wrongly harmed, it doesn't speak well of him.

May God have mercy on his soul.

Thanks
Mr-Pirk

Gen.4:9-15

[9] And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?
[10] And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.
[11] And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;
[12] When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.
[13] And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear.
[14] Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.
[15] And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

I just heard on the radio that he didn't go peacefully. He apparently struggled with the officers a bit and cursed some too. I hadn't heard about him accepting Christ, but he knows now if he really did it or was just acting.

Well, the way I see it, yep, he did some good. But even pagans did good. Now with his death, he is the ultimate example to the kids he writes too about not being in a gang.
