Four more days and I am off for 23 days. That's the good part about teaching. We are having a party for all the teachers Thursday. Guess what dish I'm bringing....Venison stew. It will be cooking all day in my classroom in a thermastically controlled crock pot.
Today...I'm having a great day andI hope you folks are too.
God bless
I'm having a great day Bro. The sun is shining, the temp's are on the rise, should reach a high today of about 28 degrees. The winds are light. None of the 35-40 MPH stuff of a few days ago. With luck, I will get my racing homers paired up today so that my young birds will be mature enough for the 300 mile race's this fall. God's creation is always amazing. These birds will usually beat you home if released within 500 miles of home. Thank God Bro. we are going to be released one day and we will be headed home also!!
I am doing geat today. I got up at 6: 00 A.M. and met my a/c man on a service all. The first thing, I've done in 8 weeks, this sitting here at home is driving me insane. My first job starts the second week in January. I've been waiting a new competition bow I ordered, but I think the mail is slow due to Christmas mail, when it comes in that will keep me busy at the range. Bob <><
If today were any better I would probably get a tax notice in the mail!!!
I have always heard that if you did NOT like a day then try missinng one...
Thanks too several brothers on this site I am ALIVE AND HAPPY today!
Thank you for asking and enjoy the Christmas holiday, my wife taught elementary school for 8 years so I know what the break means too you Chuck. My kids are asking daily when they "don't have to go too school in the morning?"

I was allright, but I got over it!JK, I am going to the woods with my 20 year old tomorrow, and I got invited to play paint ball with a couple of major league baseball players and there sons this saturday. One is a client of mine( I am a landscape contractor) He is a fine Christian and he invited me and my 13 year old over to his house . I won't mention any names ,but their initials are John Smoltz and Paul Byrd!!!!!!!My son is smiling from ear to ear! But, ya know, if things were tough, it wouldn't really make that much difference, because He is faithful, even when we don't get the external blessings or our circumstnces aren't as good.I'm not trying to sound super spiritual--I just have begun to really grasp that fact.
