Default New dilemma

I told you guys about how I was gonna hunt Sun. evening with my bro in law. My daughter is in a Christmas presentation that evening. He is going to that with us. I still want some one on one time. He asked about Sun. morning hunt. I've never missed church to hunt, but I'm chewin' on it.
I feel awful, but it may be a golden opportunity. I dont know. What do you guys think?

That's awesome Reb, and I'm not looking for "permission" from anybody, or trying to prove any justification, just looking for thoughts on it. Thank you for yours Reb. Thats pretty cool you guys do that.

MY thoughts are that we are free in Christ, some might feel we need to do something in order to be saved, some carry that from the teachings of other churches that have placed that yoke on you.

You need time to yourself and enjoy the hunt brother.

Shalom

I appreciate it fellas. Gabriel (my bil) is hurting deeply. You can see it all over him. His wife is beating him down emotionaly, his job is driving him crazy, he's so depressed it has us all worried. He does love to hunt. It's all he talks to me about. He's never opened up to me before, but then he's never been so miserable. Sometimes we find God is all we need when God is all we've got.

Thats right Abe. Remember my message today on the Manna from heaven. The people depended on God for everything in the desert. Sometimes God leads us to those deserts so that we can learn to depend on Him, and on Him only. God will give you the wisdom needed to say the right words to his heart. I will be in fervent prayerfor you early Sunday morning. In fact I will fast all day tomorrow for you my brother.
