Guys
I need to assemble the troops. I believe the Lord is working in my bro in laws heart. My wife and I finally got him to accept an invitation to church last night. He went and ate supper with us and we did a little praying. He's 26 yrs old and is in a marriage that is unraveling fast. His job situation is not the best in the world, and he's fighting a bad spirit of depression. I'm gonna be spending Sunday sfternoon with him hunting. I just don't know if hunting during our time together is what we should actually do. I'll see what doors the Lord opens.
I would love you guys to join me in some serious prayer for him. He needs to open his heart more and more. I appreciate it.
-- Abe
Ps-- his name is Gabriel

Abe,
Remind us Sunday morning. Bump your post up. I'm always on here about 4:30 AM. I will fervently pray for Gabriel. and I know others will too. We have some genuine prayer warriors on here.

I love these kinds of oppurtunities--Abe, you will know what to do and say--when you need to do or say something--the oppurtunity will present itself, and he will need to respond. There's the verse in the Scripture about binding the strong man before entering, and the reference that all are under the darkness of the god of this world, so our prayers should be that the strong man be rendered helpless, and tha the Spirit of God would open his eyes to see as nevewer before. I don't think we take the spiritual warfare aspect of reaching someone seriously enough.
