Knowing that Christ is Jewish would one wish him a Merry Christmas or a Happy Hannakah<sp>?
Not trying to cause a row here, just curious, after all I believe we can all agree that Christmas is not actually Christ birthday, but is a Christian holiday.
Oddly enough I think I would wish him a Happy Hannakah<sp>.

I would say "Merry Christmas" for celebrating Christ's birth. Hannakah is a Jewish holiday commemorating the rededication of the temple in Jerusalem, andhaving nothing to do with Jesus. I am sure Alex, can certainly expond on this better than I. Bob <><

Christmas [Christ's Mass], in the Christian calendar, feast of the nativity of Jesus, celebrated in Roman Catholic and Protestant Churches on Dec. 25. In liturgical importance it ranks after Easter, Pentecost, and Epiphany (Jan. 6).
In the Spanish speaking countries it's, Feliz Navidad.
Our feast is the night before, Noche Buena and man dowe celebrate!
Taz, your right! I was going to say that...I guess If I met Jesus face to face and it was about this time I might say, Happy Birthday. Really I would ask Him what day is His birthday. Bob <><
Revelation 4:8b-11"...and day and night they never cease to say, "Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!" And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who is seated on the throne, who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying, "Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created."
This is what I would say to my King, I'd praise His holy Name!
