Where I live there are few men that are still bachelors even into their 40's. I fear that I maybe one of these. Nothing wrong with it. I tend to have bad luck with the ladies. I would like to have a wife and family. It would be nice atleast by I am 30. I am going to be 23 in a few weeks. I am very shy around women. I am so afraid that I will be a bachelor all my life. I feel at this point in my life I could some what serious. I am not looking at marriage till am closer to graduation which is about two years away. I would like to have kids someday. I never feel like I fit in everyone else has things set stright.

YOu remind me a little of .....me. Let me encourage you to get a grip. That kind of talk is not faith. Put your faith in God's Word not your feelings.
Matthew6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
My friend...one thing I have learned in the past as a Christian, God is not moved with complainings. He is touched by our faith in His promices. You want a wife?? Simply ask God in prayer...believeing . That works much better than complaining.
Matthew21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, BELIEVING, ye shall receive.
Find a prayer closet my friend and pour your heart out to God.
Matthew6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
deerhunter listen to Chuck......... put your faith in God. God will reward you in his time, do not fret over this, when the time is right, be it tomorrow or when you turn 45, when the time is right for you God will bless you with the wife of your dreams, just keep the faith brother.

My sister was a beauty contestant winner, had (and still has) a wonderful personality, loved the Lord with all her heart and dated regularly. Even though many of the guys she dated fell madly in love with her, she didn't love them and felt that maybe it wasn't in God's plan for her to get married. She struggled with this because she wanted to marry and have a family too, but couldn't find the right man.
She prayed hard about it and finally accepted it that maybe God didn't have it ion His will for her.
THEN she met the man of her dreams and they now have 5 kids and havebeen happily married for15+ years! Accept what God has for you. Like Paul said. "it is better for man not to marry. . ." You probably WILL get married, but in God's timing, not your own.
