A Challenge to Share the Gospel

Dear Friends,
I have a challenge for me and you. By Friday let"™s witness to a stranger about the Lord Jesus Christ. Post your experiences on Friday or earlier if you won someone to the Lord.. I would like for us all to share our experiences on each Friday. Pastors"¦.must be someone outside the walls of your church. Let me know if you are up to the challenge.

An excellent challenge Chuck, one that will be tough due to some folks circumstances, but still doable. I very rarely meet new folks during the course of my day, I do share Christ on a daily basis with others when possible and appropiate.

Got a chance to share Christ twice. Very shallow though. I could of done better.

planting seeds is always a good thing

What if it already happend Sunday Chuck? Okay, I'll share anyway .
Last Sunday we had our four year old grandaughters birthday party at our house. My son and daughter-in-law invited ( God only knows how many people). To make this short, my son's next door neighbor came with his wife and another friend. They were the last to leave. I was was upstairs in my bedroom waiting for all to leave. It was getting late and I wanted to enjoy the remainder of the evening. I was starting to get mad by this time it was 10:00 P.M. and my daughter and my son-in-law were still talking with these people... (Okay, I was going to call my son and tell him never to invite those kind of people to my house again, they were loud, bragging about fighting and cursing pretty bad). The last time I went downstairs I told my wife I was going to send them packing. On the way down stairs the Holy Spirit whispered to me "Pray with them", Right, I thought to myself. Then about that time my daughter came into the kitchen and asked me "Dad, will you pray for them, right now?"
To make this long boring story shorter, I went into the room where they are all gathered, and the Holy Spirit fell on me like it rain. I don't really remember all what was said, but before the evening was over I had made three more friends and brothers in the Lord.
I have to share this one important thing with you all..

We held hands as I began to pray. I felt God's Spirit take over the prayer, my daughter got filled and began speaking in tougues. I spoke the word with a new boldness, my son-in-law started praying and the Spirit was so strong. (Here's the good part) I went upstairs to tell my wife what had just happened, when I walked in she had been crying and was reading a book called "When I get on my knees". She told me she felt the Holy Spirit come over her and she beginto cry and pray ( She knew nothing of what was going on downstairs)and then picked up the book to read when I walked in... My daughter followed me shortly upstairs and the Holy Ghost Revival started all over again in my bedroom...
What an awesome night that was...

WOW With Rev's testimony I'm getting really pumped up in sharing the gospel. I'm anticipating testimonies daily. Remmeber we don't have to save anyone GOD does that part.

Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
10:33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
