Default blessed in all areas but....

I feel am blessed in areas of my life like family, friends, health, but the only area is school that I dont feel that. I struggle greatly in school. My grades show for it. When studying for a test I feel I know the material when that test comes back I did bad on the test. My grades tend to be C's. Why hasnt God made me to be school material. In today society if you arent that smart you wont get that far. I am worried that I will end up with some dead end just because I not that great in my school work.

My friend...Paul says when we compare ourselves with other we are fools. You are special in God's eyes. Thank Him for just the way you are. I had to take a course in college on How to Study. They taught me to put all my notes on a folded sheet of paper. The guaranteed me if I would go over the notes 10 times I would probably make As .They were right. In school ...get with others who are truly wise and and have good study habits. But always remember. God loves you. His disciples had no special schooling. and turned out real well. God LOVES YOU!!!!

For what it's worth, not everybody needs to go to college to succeed. EVERYONE has gifts, and the key is to find what you're good at, and where your heart lies. Of course praying for the Lord's direction is the starting point, but He has made us stewards, and as a steward, you have a responsibility to develop your gifts and talents after you discover them--and He will show you. There is a phrase that I coined--before you can do anything, you have to be willing to do ANYTHING! Yieldedness will result in direction.Be brutally honest with God, and tell Him your fears as well as your desires--walk in the light.

PS.. C's are very good considering colleges have raised their standards considering. My wife was valivictorian and graduated college with honors. She complains nightly with the work load. She has changed her magor and has gone back to college. I could never make it . I barely made it when it was easy.LOL So you are doing very well. Nothing wrong witha C.

i never was a smart person nor did i get good marks in class. please dont be to harsh on yourself for makingpar grades. God made each person different, giving blessings and gifts to each individual has he desires. God has given you a special gift in some aspect of your life.pray and seek that gift that God has given you.

God didn't make all people book smart . He didn't make everybody to be wealthy with money and have high income jobs. Be thankful for what you have and don't look down your nose at the people that work the low income jobs. its better to have riches in Glory than here on earth. Hope this helps. God Bless.

Consider yourself ahead of the game for recognizing your difficulties. God will not hand you anything you cannot handle. That philosophy has seen me through many hard times. In High School, I didn't care about my grades, and yes I paid for it later. But with hard work, you can overcome this. I did. That's what makes successful people successful. Hard work and motivation, not necessarily good grades. But they help. So listen to what the others have said. Get with those who are getting good grades. Ask them how they study. Everybody is different, so don't get discouraged if one technique does not work for you. Don't give up. You asked why God has not made you a scholar, perhaps he brought you here, to learn from others how to help yourself. God's not a genie who will grant wishes, he has already given everything you need. Himself! Thank him for what you have, and know that you can have all you need with faith. God bless. Don't give up, and you can always come back here for support.

hey deer hunter 1224, i can feel for you buddy, i always struggled with school work, i did fine in math and science, and fair in the other classes, mainly because those were the classes that could keep my intrest, funny now i enjoy history, my grammer and english skills are below par, as was mentioned before about being nervous before the test, try to find someone that can help you in that area, in a few days i am going to be finished with a book i started reading about 38 days ago, if you'd like i'll send it or a copy if you'll promise you'll read it. the book if you have not seen/read it is "the pupose driven life" it will answer a lot of the questions you have posted here, i wish i had read it when i was 18,19,20, 24, 25,30 & etc., it will answer questions about why you are where your at in your life and where you need to be, like mentioned before, not everyone is cut out to be a rocket scientist, but when you work for the Lord great things will happen in your life

let me know i'd be glad to send mine or a copy, i'm sure i'll be giving away more than just this one, (its that good)if your interested pm me, when you get done just pass it along to someone else
