The following is just my opinion, I am NOT trying to tell anyone what to believe, nor am I tearing down any differing beliefs someone else may have.
Revelation 4:6-11 (New International Version)
6Also before the throne there was what looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal.
In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, and they were covered with eyes, in front and in back. 7The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle. 8Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come." 9Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever, 10the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:
11"You are worthy, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things,
and by your will they were created
and have their being."
Revelation 6:1 (New International Version)
1I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, "Come!"

7When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, "Come!"
The above is a Trinity view of the structure of God, with the exception of the number of "god" being 4 instead of 3. The four are one in purpose, they are acting independant of one another toward a common goal. All four are commanding angels.All four are giving the exact same command, Come!
How do we reconcile the four with being ONE.
Ezekiel 1 (New International Version)
5 and in the fire was what looked like four living creatures. In appearance their form was that of a man, 6 but each of them had four faces and four wings. 7 Their legs were straight; their feet were like those of a calf and gleamed like burnished bronze. 8 Under their wings on their four sides they had the hands of a man. All four of them had faces and wings, 9 and their wings touched one another. Each one went straight ahead; they did not turn as they moved.
10 Their faces looked like this: Each of the four had the face of a man, and on the right side each had the face of a lion, and on the left the face of an ox; each also had the face of an eagle. 11 Such were their faces.
Notice each creature has 4 faces, NOT four heads, NOT four brains. One head (one God) four faces\roles.
Not four brains, but ONE with four aspects\roles\faces.
12 Each one went straight ahead. Wherever the spirit would go, they would go, without turning as they went.
Notice you can not travel to the direction behind you without turning around, and still be moving forward, this is just one small indication showing that God is not limited as we are.
When the creatures moved, I heard the sound of their wings, like the roar of rushing waters, like the voice of the Almighty, like the tumult of an army. When they stood still, they lowered their wings.
The voice of the Almighty, the voice might be called the Word of God? ( I am not calling the four-faced creature Jesus, just offering something to think about)
Isaiah 6 (New International Version)
1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple. 2 Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. 3 And they were calling to one another:
"Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty;
the whole earth is full of his glory."
4 At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.
We again see four in concert, four in ONE purpose.
Now can you understand the God is three faces\roles and One Brain(for lack of a better discripter). When there is a direction to move, the face doesn't turn right or left, because for God there is no need. Move East\West\North\South and God has not turned right nor left, he is facing forward and moving forward.
No face is lesser than any other, each moves forward in the direction that is needed.
One face is NOT made a servent to the other. The role\face being shown may have the purpose of being a servent as in Jesus Man.
When you see one face then you have seen the being(God) no matter which of the faces you are looking at.
Jesus said when you see him you see the Father for he and the father are one. Just as the four faces are one.
The trinity view is not wrong in that there are three faces of God. The Oneness concept can be understood in the view of the four faces of the creature.
The Trinity answers the faces\roles of God, but it doesn't answer the ONE of God. That is why I see Leaf River Mac's understanding to be superior.
The example given here answers both, God is ONE with Three faces\roles, yet one spirit\brain.
There maybe made an arguement saying that Jesus said he was a servent of his Father, please make a note of the difference of Jesus\Man and Jesus\God.
When Jesus was on Earth he was 100% man as well as 100% God.
NO man is equal to God, therefore Jesus\Man was most certainly a servent of the Father. The same as any man should be.
If you know of any scripture that will not fit the model I have offered, please call my attition to it.

The 4 Creatures in revelation are the same as in ezequiel 1 therefore they are Serafins and or cherubins, who are around the throne of God.
The 4 creatures is not God.
But There is scriptures to argue God is or has 7 Spirits.

Alex you have missed the point of the post.
The point is the structure\make-up if each creature, not that the creatures are NOT God.
I readly admit the creatures aren't God, I am just showing the the four facesin one beingis comparable to the three in one the Trinity teaches.
The four faces\roles\aspects of each one creature shows the more complete understanding of theONEness of God.

Rev 4:11 however tells us that the one on the throne is the Creator, and we know that Jesus is the Creator (John 1:3 and Col 1:16) Also the One on the throne is worthy to recieve glory, honor , and power. We read that The Lamb who was slain(Jesus) is worthy to recieve power riches , wisdom, strength, honor, glory,and blessings, (Rev 5:12) Rev 20: 11-12 tells us the One on the throne is the Judge, and we know that Jesus is the Judge of all (John 5:22, 27....Rom 2: 16....14:10-11) Jesus is the one on the throne in chapter 4.
