Ro 12:3 God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Titus 2:11 For the Grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men.
Titus 1:2 Which God, that connot lie, promised before the world began.
Here is what I see here. The measure of faith isn't a gift that lays hands on the sick and they are healed. It's not opening blind eyes, or unstopping deaf ears. It is the faith that a person needs to be saved. God says every man gets the measure, not a measure. Rich or poor, all races and colors, those living in all regions of the world receive the measure. Remember, God said it and God cannot lie. God then says that the Grace of God appears to all men. Rich, poor, all races, colors, and in all regions of the world. How about the Indians, dwellers in remote jungles, uncivilized areas, ect.? I don't know and really don't care. All I care about is that God cannot lie, God said it, it is forever settled in Heaven if I believe it or not.
