Update on Bro.Mac

Brotheren, It does'nt look good for brother Mac!
he is 50miles No.West ofMobile,Al. on Hwy 98 to Lucedale, Ms,West
between Hwy 63 and Hwy 49 on Rd 26 in Benndale,Ms..Just above Biloxi.
I have been trying since Monday to locate him.
A special Prayer Request for bro.Mac and family?

If he needs help, any suggestions, and how to get it to them?




The Mississippi Department of Transportation said Wednesday that thefollowing roads are closed for search and rescue efforts:
[ul][*]Interstate 10 from Louisiana to Alabama.[*]U.S. 90 from Louisiana to Alabama.[*]U.S. 49 from Seminary to Gulfport.[*]Interstate 59 from Louisiana to Alabama.[*]Mississippi 63 from Lucedale to Moss Point.[*]Mississippi 607 from I-10 to Stennis Center.[*]U.S. 84 from Collins to Waynesboro.[*]U.S. 98 from Mobile to Hattiesburg.[/ul]

MDOT officials said motorists will be asked to show emergency personnel identification in order to access these roads.

This truly makes this disaster hit home, I have been very busy at work and had not seen this until now.

Heavenly Father I pray that Our Brother Mac and his entire family are safe and sound as I type this. I also pray that same prayer for the thousands today that are homeless due to this storm and for all the families effected by this. I also pray that you will bless all of the men and women working in the relief efforts in the areas devestated. In Jesus name I pray amen.

Brother Hog just keep one thing in mind, if you are familiar with Hank Williams Jr.'s songs there is one called "A Country Boy can survive"!

In regards to help I left my name and number with both the Salvation Army and the Red Cross if they need volunteers they said they will call, otherwise they say the best thing folks can do is donate cash to either orginizations because the recovery effort is going to be a long drawn out affair.

It breaks my heart that we can not directly help Brother Mac out, but for now we will pray and when we hear from him rejoice in his survival and go from there.

Until we hear one way or another I am going to stick this thread to the top of the page, anyone with any updates on Brother Mac or any other of our forum Bretheren please post it on this thread.

Wow, wish there was something we could do. But prayer is all we can give.
