.I would have to hear Pat Robertson say that myself. I have read alot of slander about alot of godly men and women. Gossip is not healthy.If we were back in the days of Christ we would of heard alot of slander about him.

He did say it, butI think is just a comment he made because Chavez is always saying the USA has a plot to kill him.
It is the same rhetoric Fidel castro have used for 46 years against the USA.

Chuck, Pat Robertson did say it.... The news keeps showing clips of him. He's right there sitting at a desk in front of the camera on his show, and well, he just let it fly. [:'(]

OK Just wanted to know. He is kind of like Oral Roberts. I like him through thick and thin. My spirit bears witness with these 2 men. I think they are for real. That of course is my opinion.Only God knows their hearts.
I guess not having a TV I'm missing some stuff.

You are right..It does not follow the New Testament teachings of Christ but sounds more like a prophet .Most of us backed up Bush when he bombed Iraq on the first day.He hit them hard and furious. God can be using Pat Robertson. I for one think something has to be done about th elaw lessness across the land. It has gooten way out of hand.

I only saw the TV news clips about this - and they didn't help him. I also know that the media is generally insulting and dismissive of him because he is a man of God and stands up for his Christian beliefs. My wife and I were more than a bit surprised when we heard about this, and he did say that we should "take him out. " However, Pat Robertson is not the President of the U.S. and does not decide or advise the President on policy. Therefor, he was merely giving his own opinion - be it right or wrong, that we should remove this person who already states that we are planning to do so. It was his own show, paid for by his organization and he has the same rights to free speech as the anti-gun crowd that gets all the free air time to express their skewed views on other, more liberal shows. I fully expect the media to exploit anything negative they find on any Christian figure because they tend to be anti-Christian.
