Brothers In the name of JESUS stop being a stumbling block to the new fellows on this forum. Stop causing them to doubt their faith / thus doubting God. You will have to give an account.

Chuck, I try never to say that another man is going to hell. I admit I do sometimes think it . . .but I don't say it. However I do believe in trying the spirits. And we have a lot of them on here both good and bad. Any believer , whether new in Christ or not should be aware of this. I often times find myself debating what I feel no need to defend simply to show that some of this stuff you hear here is not etched in stone. New christian or no . . .If someone tells you that God won't heal you, won't fill you, or direct you, . .they are speaking from a dead faith . . .someone wants you to believe that God won't work in your life today, they want you to believe that we serve a detached God that is uninterested in our lives. Even a day old babe in Christ should be able to tell you who that someone is. All good things come frome the Father . .without Him there would be no good thing. This alone shows that God is working on our behalf in the world today.

I totally agree. I can't even comprehind what a relationship with Christ would be like if the holy spirit didn't convict, encourage, discourage, and lead me thru this wonderful life. As the old hymn goes You ask me how I know he lives, he lives within my heart. It's feelings and voices in my heart I'm KOO KOO KOO KOO KOO KOO!

Amen Brother Chuck, Amen. All of us are guilty of judging others at one time or another in one way or another.

Brother Chuck this passage is one we all need to really take to heart, when we sit here and tell someone that they are wrong in their interpatation of scripture or in a beleif they have, whether we want to admit it to ourselves or not we are judging them!
When we do this as the above passage states we are setting ourselves up to be judged on our interpatation of scripture and our own beleifs!
Is there one of us who could pass judgement on their interpataion of every passge of scripture or every beleif they hold?
I can honestly say that I couldn't and anyone who thinks they can is fooling them selves.
Bretheren we all need to keep this in mind, it is one thing to say this is whatone beleives and a totally different thing to say something to the effect of either "you are wrong" or "I am right".

You are just going to stand by and allow a new believer to see that and not even offer a challange on thier behalf?
