some people beleave that there is a unforgivable sin and some dont what do you think. I will withhold would I think till later.. This is not a argument or a fight to those who want that please do not post. To all the rest search your spirtit and the bible and tell me what you beleave.
The ONLY sin that cannot be forgiven is the one that is not confessed. The one sin (whatever it may be) that a person is not willing to ask for forgiveness! Remember, Hebrews 10:17 "then he adds, "œI will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more."
The place in the Bible where some get this "unpardenable sin" idea from is 1 John 5:16 "If anyone sees his brother committing a sin not leading to death, he shall ask, and God will give him life"”to those who commit sins that do not lead to death. There is sin that leads to death; I do not say that one should pray for that." The larger context clearly shows that this is a sin for which the Brother will not ask for forgiveness.

THE ATHEIST'S COMPLAINT: Is there an unforgivable sin? Matthew 12:31-32, Mark 3:29 and Luke 12:10 all indicate that there is, but Acts 13:39 says "...by him all who believe are justified from all things." Is there a contradiction?
RESPONSE:
Certainly, the Bible speaks of an unforgivable sin, the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. In Mark's account, an explanation of why Jesus referenced this sin is given, "... "” because they said, "˜He has an unclean spirit.'" (v 30). The Pharisees not only spoke against Jesus, but against the Spirit of God, stating on more than one occasion that Jesus' works were accomplished by Beelzebub, the ruler of demons (Mt 9:34; 12:24; Mk 3:22; Lk 11:15; Jn 7:20; Jn 8:48, 52; Jn 10:20). This ongoing defiance against the Spirit of God results in condemnation. By rejecting the proof of Jesus' identity which was given through the Spirit, the religious leaders also rejected any hope of salvation. They were guilty of unbelief.

I to agree that there is no sin that can not be forgiven if you ask God to forgive you fore you are saved by the blood of the Lamb for he that beleave in him shall not parise but have live for we are wash clean by the blood.? what about those that say taking your own live is unforgivable.
Well you can't ask for forgiveness, can you? And it is murder. Of course God knows the heart and mind of all, so He would know if the person wasn't sane. If a person is not sane, I call them "Safe in the arms of Jesus"!

The Bible records 3 well-known incidents of suicide - King Saul in the Old Testament (some also regard Samson's death as a suicide, however he was actually a prisoner of war who died in the process of killing 3,000 pagan Philistines), Judas Iscariot in the New Testament, and another that we will get to in a moment. Although the circumstances of Saul and Judas were different, they did have something very much in common. Saul was under the influence of an evil spirit (1 Samuel 16:14), and Judas had been directly entered by Satan (John 13:27).
And what is the third incident? When Jesus Christ healed a man of demon possession at Gerasenes, He had the demons go out from the man and into a large herd pigs that were grazing nearby (Mark 5:1-12). And what did the pigs do after the demons had entered them? They ran down the bank, into the lake, and drowned themselves (Mark 5:13). With the demons in them, the pigs committed suicide.
This is not in any way to suggest that all suicide is demon inspired - it most certainly isn't. But some clearly are, and of all the rest, Satan and his demons are pleased to see it happen. They know that we have the potential to inherit all that they threw away, and their jealousy and rage toward humans is near limitless (see If You Could Create A World and Why Demons Are Afraid Of You). One of the most ludicrous phenomena of modern times are the so-called "suicide cults" - religious groups, many claiming to be Christian, planning, or actually committing mass suicide. Such groups, or at least their leaders, are Satanic - God absolutely in no way would command or condone the killing of one's self. God is the Creator of life (Genesis 1:20-28), while Satan holds the power of death (Hebrews 2:14)

? goose here is a story that is true. the man went to the doc. and was told that he would not live so after 6 more doctor visits and all said the same this is what happen the note that was left said (pease forgive me for what I am about to do and may the Lord have a place for me. to the people I love I can not take any more pain so it is time to leave do not cry for me I am going home) so he did ask to be forgiven.
If a Christian Commits Suicide,
Is He Still Forgiven?
This might seem like a perplexing question, but it does have an answer. Though the Christian who has committed suicide has committed a grave sin, he is still forgiven. But, in order to understand why a Christian who commits suicide is forgiven, we first need to understand what salvation is and what it is based upon.
Salvation is the state of being saved from God's judgment upon the sinner. The only way to be saved is to trust Jesus for the forgiveness of one's sins (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). All who do not trust Jesus alone, by faith (Rom. 5:1; Rom. 6:23; Eph. 2:8-9) are not forgiven and go to hell when they die (Matt. 25:46; John 3:18). When Jesus forgives someone, He forgives all their sins and gives them eternal life and they shall never perish (John 10:28). He does not give them temporary eternal life -- otherwise, it would not be eternal.

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit The idea of an unpardonable sin comes from something Jesus said. This is a little odd, because He is the one who died so all of our sins can be forgiven.
Here is what He said: "Everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man [Jesus] will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven" (Luke 12:10). Matthew 12:31-32 and Mark 3:28-29 are parallel scriptures, saying that any sin will be forgiven except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. This particular "eternal sin" is unique - unlike other sins, it will not be forgiven
