Maybe you could tell us alittle about yourself so you don't seem like a outsider. What do you like to hunt? Where are you from? All we know as of right now is that Porter got you to come on here and that you have more experience than most in studying with Jehovah's Witnesses and that you brought a girl out of that belief into yours. I think you are a LSD film student at Brigham Young University? Is "Echoes" your short film? Did you right .... Trusting Your Senses:
God's use of "feelings" in confirming truth

I'll let you post some and see if the other stuff is you too. Thanks
I already replied to the main body of this post within this forum in a discussion entitled "Skirting the Mormon questions or not?" I will reproduce those comments here:

What would you like to know?
Quote:
What do you like to hunt?
I admit that I have never been hunting as of yet. Porter continues to solicit it but I find that my funds have not yet allowed me to purchase the proper attire and arms to engage in such an endeavor. Love camping and deer jerky though.

Utah.

Not necessarily. I have a love for comparative religion (thus my interest in the beliefs of Jehovah"s Witnesses) and early Christian history as well as LDS theology.

This I would most vehemently deny. I did nothing of the sort. I believe God, through the revelation of the Holy Spirit converted that woman to the restored gospel. I was only the messenger. I prefer the way Paul put it: "I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase." (1 Corinthians 3:6

Nope. I do not attend BYU.
Quote:
Is "Echoes" your short film?
No, I cannot claim credit for any sort of film. Again, I do not attend BYU (at present) nor if I did would I be seeking a degree in film. I would probably pursue English Literature.

Well there you have it. Feel free to ask what you like.
Finally you added:

That would be write and yes, I wrote that although to my knowledge fairlds.org never published it. I am uncertain how you came across it.

Well give us something. How old are you? Are you white, black, Spanish? Post a pic for us. You don't have any guns, bow? Any family members hunt? How do you know Porter?
Quote:
I admit that I have never been hunting
Glad you admited that to us. Its hard to fake something your not.
It might be more helpful if you told me what you wanted to know.

32

Caucasian, Scandinavian decent.

Don"t have any.

I presently own a Glock 26. I had a Barnett Wildcat (Crossbow) but have no idea what ever became of it. Would love to learn the bow and perhaps do some bow hunting although I have heard it is very difficult.
Quote:
Any family members hunt?
Not really but at least three are staunch gun advocates.

How do you know Porter?
We work together.

Why wouldn"t I? I value honesty and integrity and although there are many who might brand me as a deceiver I am not. I sincerely believe in the truth of the restored gospel. I would never try to "fake" anything. If it had not been for Porter"s invitation I seriously doubt I would have ever posted on this site.

How do you feel about the mormon elder that told lizzie that if God told him to kill her, he would? Based on this mormon belief is it safe to say that Someday God might tell your president that all the mormons must kill all the non or anti-mormons, if your president did bring this out and make it known to you would you do your part?

I wholeheartedly condemn him.
Quote:
Based on this mormon belief
It is not "mormon belief" in the sense that it represents the beliefs of Mormons as a whole of even a reasonable cross-section thereof. It is one Mormons opinion and it is utterly mistaken and objectionable. God would not command the arbitrary execution of any human being.
Quote:

No, it would not be "safe to say." God will never issue such a command.
Quote:

If, hypothetically, the president of the Church did relay such a revelation I would not "do my part," I would reject such a revelation as being contrary to God"s revealed word.
