If any of you actually do hunt great, because this is a forum for "Religious hunters" and the only post I've seen from y'all is about your "religion". Thanks for the reply.
C-mon Goose, very few of us have really talked of hunting in the religion forum. We go to the other forums on this site for that. We really all just talk about religion here. You know that.

I have hunted my whole life, and actually spend most my time on this board in the offseason and deerhunting/biggame hunting forums.

Also Porter I know elk hunts, as he has posted that in the guns forum. I don't know Mohanri, yet all the Mormon "hype" on our board certainly brings out lurkers that are LDS. Give them time and they will post around. It took me 4 months to realize that there were interesting forums beyond the general hunting. This question also goes both ways, I don't see a couple of the non-mormons that post anywhere else, but who really cares? THis is a great board.

C'mon you guys, you would tell me I'm skirting all the issues if I began posting elsewhere!Judyboi is correct, I do elk hunt. I'm trying to get myself in shape for October mountain climbing right now. I also hunt pheasants in Utah and Idaho (Looking forward to a South Dakota trip next year). If I don't get what I want on the elk hint, I'll snag an over the counter deer tag and go for broke on the Mulies at the end of October. November brings on the cow elk hunt. January through May means hunting coyotes in Utah's West Desert. Finally, asI mentioned in a few other spots on this forum. I will be pig hunting in South Texas next March.
Furthermore, I will go fly fishing from time to time with a few buddies here. Also I reload, primarily .44, .45 and .357.
More importantly, I spend much time with my family and serving in a church calling that requires quite a bit of time. So hang in there, I'll post elsewhere when I can. Some members of this board (including Rebel Hog) gave me some great advice on the the .44 for a pig hunt.
God Bless,
Porter
