And I hope you have an awesome day too Jay. Last week of school for me. My son is already out.His school is on a different schedule.I have to drop him off today at a teenage church camp. Then at about 9:30 I plan to catch a mess of bluegills.

I'm a little late on fishing.Had to put a bushing in my trolling motor.I'm ready now.

From 11-3:30 PM

I went blue gill fishing. Of course I always carry a worm rod too.

5 Bass in the boat. Released them all. Biggest only 2.5 One hawg got away. I had thrown a 7"red shad worm out by a brush pile.I then cast a bluegill rod out loaded with a red worm.When I picked up the rubber worm rod a large bass juuust about ripped the pole out of my hand. DARN! That's the one I've been waiting for.LOL

30 bluegill. Kept 15 slab sized

5 channel catfish Released them.

Saw 5 large gators. 9-12 footers.

I love fishing. This is the best all round lake I've ever fished at.If I had been seriously fishing for bass today I would have caught alot.They were boiling everywhere. Shad jumping ,willows shaking and cat-tails moving and I had the whole place to myself.
