OK. I have struggled with this for years. I absolutely believe in God. I absolutely believe He is all powerful. I absolutley believe nothing is too great for him. But, my problem is this. It's not that I doubt His ability, I doubt his willingness. I don't doubt that He CAN do something, just seems to me that he doesn't.

there is no doubt that God is able to do above all that we can ask or think. There isn't any single cause for the lack of miracles, but one of the greatest hinderances is a lack of faith. Matt 13:58 And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief. Mark 6:6 And he marvelled because of their unbelief. Why is there so much unbelief?? Because faith and the power of God isn't being preached today to God's children. Ro 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing. If preachers would preach faith, the people would have faith. II Cor 1:20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him are Amen. There are revivals happening today, miracles are being performed today, people being filled with the Holy Ghost today as in the book of Acts when the Church came into existance. Why aren't we seeing them? They are happening in backward, third world countries where people have not been taught against the moving of Gods spirit. Where people hear the word and have childlike faith and expect God to do what he has said and their faith is honored by God. We have tied God's hands through our unbelief. Give us ears to hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

I hope and pray that the third world will ultimately send missionaries who are on fire for the Lord to the western world!

clint- i know a missionary to the USA from South Africa, and one from Australia. to them, the USA is now the dark continent, that needs to hear the Word. they spend quite a bit of money every few months to come and preach to the Godless nation!
