What a crock! The woman saw most of her charges against the feds thrown out, yet she still wins money because we sent her back home the first time. We already have 10 million+ illegals in the country, and now that this court case has set its precedent, we can expect more people to flock to the U.S. seeking asylum. Naturally, if they don't get in, they'll find a lawyer to sue the government. Just great.
