My sentiments exactly.... ALL the states should have that law! This paragraph is what gets me:

The very fact that the law exists will very likely reduce the need for it just as Conceal Carry Laws and Shall Issue laws reduce crime by their very existance. Criminals are much less likely to go after a person that might be armed than a person they know is not. In this case, if they know they are likely to get shot breaking in to a persons home, business or car, they are likely not to even try it.
