1) Billions would be spent on bullying campaigns and women would be weeping throughout the country pleading for more "educational resources".

Actually I can forsee a tremendous economic boom for proctologist in removing cell phone cams from teenagers rectums along with an occasional boot removal![8D]

Teenagers are dumb, but perhaps not so dumb as to select a victim who will clean their clocks. I suspect they attack in gangs and don't select tall, lean, alert, male specimens to be victims. When I first read about this elsewhere today, I had similar thoughts of kicking butt if they attacked me. Gang or no gang, I would latch hold of one of those dudes and go to town. I would then select another one of the gang which might be hanging around and mete out similar treatment. But . . . it is unlikely I would be attacked but rather some slim-jim youngster riding his bicycle through a lightly trafficked park.

True but they may pick on a stocky older man and wind up with a little more then they could handle!!![8D] I found that out when I tried my dad when I was 17 and 5 inches taller then him, I learned the hard way that old short men can be packed with dynamite!

The sad thing is I can picture that coming here. But as Alsatian said, they better be ready for some hard core sh** to be laid down. How that "Fad" started is what I want to know though.

Actually it has been going on forever. The difference is now they use their phone cams to record their disgusting deeds.
In the beginning it was just bragging rights, then video cameras (Recall the paint ball incident in Alaska a few years back) now phone cameras.
I have to believe that just about everybody here can recall some incident where kids did vandalism or assaults and had their buddy"™s video the acts. It was the rage just a couple of years ago. I can recall seeing some clips on national TV this past Christmas with kids destroying Christmas lawn decorations. And thankfully they videos themselves. Smart!
There will always be forms of this in most countries. It just changes with the advances in technology.

When Anna and I were in Paris a few years back some younger guys ( two) tried this crap with us. Picked the wrong couple. Last time we saw them they were running like he11. I wish I would have some type of camera at the time to get the look on their faces when their plan went south.
