NC budget's $6.5 million for prision dentistry. First off, that is crazy!!!!!!
Well they blew the whole $6.5 million to fix "meth mouth." Addicts in prision who were addicted to meth have rotten teeth. We paid to fix their teeth.
Now since this is April and the whole $6.5million is already spent, they are looking for a tax hike of some kind so we can fix the rest of the prisioners teeth.[:@]

Now after we fix their teeth and they pay their debt to society we kick them out of prision with no rehab in most cases, so guess what happens after they continue to use meth and their teeth get bad and they rob that little old lady again to get more meth and get caught? Well hell, we'll just fix their teeth again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was watching a cable special on prison gangs the other night, I sat there in absolute awe at the amount of freedom these turds actually have. They interviewed one gang banger that admitted to slashing several other inmates because of the tatoos they had - other gangs.

24/7 lockdown isn't a bad thing in my mind. Hell, I sit in an office most of the day smaller than their cell, and no one brings me food.
