why would a woman with kids date a convicted molester ?

Another little girl missing, suspected of being abducted by the convicted child molester that her mom use to date.

Personally ? A woman dating a convicted child molestor is committing child neglect and her kids should be removed.

I'm not sure the exact laws regarding child endangerment, but it seems like she would be recklessly exposing her child to an unreasonable danger.

Nope. If she has gone through a chaperon program, he can be around children as long as she is there. I just question her ability to be around all the time.

Do you have a link to this story? I find it hard to beleive that a woman with a kid would knowingly date a convicted child molester, you mention he was an ex boy friend, she may have broken up with him when she found out and he did it as an act of revenge.
