Theres a huge opening here for someone to make a lot of money if this thing passes.

How ? Lets brainstorm and think a bit, shall we ?

Lets assume that 20,000 cats will be killed this fall, if nothing more than for the hell of finally being able to shoot a housecat ! Thats 20,000 pelts that coul be bought and used for something ......... hell, tan and dye them and make auto seat coverings or something. Maybe instead of a lucky rabbits foot it can now be a lucks cats' foot ? Slogan could be "Cat had 9 lives, he lost one, now you can have the 8 remaining ........" or something like that.

20,000 cats, thats 40,000 carcasses. A guy could find a way to process the meat into dog food maybe ? Smoke/dry the legs out for doggy snacks like they do pig ears and cow bones ?

C'mon guys, we're a smart group here .......... we can think of ways to use this killing cats initiative and PROFIT from it !

How about a little ovesized mouse decoy, battery powered, that you could put out in a field, let it shake and quiver and emmit squeaking noises ? A guy could whack several cats a day doing that eh ?

Or go the other way - PROTECT your pets campaign. A new collar cats cannot shake off, bright reflective ones, something to protect your pets from being shot ?

It's my understanding that common house cat pelts do not tan/holdup very well.
