Never fear, there are a lot of level minded people around who would not countenance this hijacking of our national institutions and government. Heck, it is hard enough for a judge on the center or slightly right of center to get approved under the advise and consent provisions, let alone people such as this article describes.

now I know who(what) they are , they're the same type of dweebs who gave us the so called Moral Majority et al back in the 80s . Militants are militants , no matter what the subject , I'd give their bills about a snowball's chance in Hell of succeeding . The same SCOTUS that they're trying to muzzle will quickly flame it before Bush can sign it .

Why is it that we don't believe some of these nuts from the far right religiou fringe can't get a bill passed through a Republican majority Congress, Presidency, and majority of the current supreme court,who they support, but we do believe every marginal nut on the left CAN get a major gun control bill passed...at least that is what information the NRA sends me.
