The city of Ottawa, in cooperation with the National Capital Commission and the Liberal Federal and Provincial governments are going to be using tax dollars to buy crack pipes for the crack heads in the market.

That is EXACTLY one of the main reasons why we can't legalize drugs.

STOOOOOPID stuff like this would fly.

What is means is that everyone was lied to ( and I knew it from reading a german physicians reports) that you supposedly cannot get aids from someone elses saliva -- TOTAL LIE.

I think we should all get together, rent a van, and go up there. We could set up a little cottage industry putting these kits together, and dropping them off on street corners. Get a government contracted deal and make a dollar....we could sell ice cream too. They'd be like "oh goody!!!, here comes the crack pipe kit, ice cream van" who's drivin'?

Legalizing drugs and subsudizing paraphenalia are two different things. We have one without the other right now--who says we couldn't reverse the two down the road.

Give people the right to smoke whatever they want in a private setting, but make them responsible for paying their own way.

the CDC and NIH disagree with you, can you provide some supporting data for that claim?

All you have to do is scour the available medical journals and you will find articles about the presence of viable HIV viruses in saliva.

IgG (i believe) is the only Ig in the saliva and it doesn't do squat against the virus.
