UNBELIEVABLE, the local pravda is actually trying to blame the idiot Ratzman's shooting of a total of 11 people on being "bullied" in school 30 years ago........... wonder what type of legislation this will bring...

Thirty years ago, Terry Ratzmann was just another kid on Karen Freitag's school bus, a bus divided into thirds.
In the back of the bus, which began at the rear wheel wells, sat a group of bullies and those too cool to be intimidated by them. At the front of the bus sat the little kids, the kids with special needs and the kids who wanted to put as much bus as possible between themselves and the bullies.
Ratzmann - "Rat Man," the bullies called him - tried to sit in one of two places: the seat directly behind the bus driver or the first seat of the row across the aisle.
This happens every time there is a major tragedy that is unexplainable. People can't accept that someone may have just snapped, so they try to explain it anyway they can.
I'd have been shot to death long ago if that was the rule.
