I posted this in the offseason, but felt it might be better recieved her.

1. All players will be sent to the next level whether they are prepared to play or not. Coaches don't care if they know how to play because they'll be gone next year.
2. If the players get hurt or take themselves out of the game, the league board, supported financially by the community, will create a program that has nothing to do with the child's inability to play football.

In the old days, schools held kids back till they learned the material - now they have to pass them the first time or its "some one elses" (the school's) fault and there's a law suit.

As an educator, this is what bends me out of shape the most. They need to add another one on here that was not mentioned.:
Players with true disabilitys, such as Quadriplegic and paraplegic, must be on the team and play (baby sit )as to not ruin there self esteem. Special games are irrelevant. They do not need to be taught things they could possible do, that might ruin there self esteem. They must be placed on the team, taking up the coaches time, who his forced to try to meet their needs, as well as each and every special case at the expense of the "normal" and talented players.
