First off the SOB was a repeat offender. Why aren't the people that let him go (parole board) held accountable ? Time after time repeat offenders commit terrible crimes and who is to blame ? The Judicial system has failed everyone when people are let out and commit crimes over and over [:@]

If anyone learns anything here ............ the door he entered her house through was unlocked. ALWAYS lock your homes doors. ALWAYS. I found my front door unlock this morning, amazing I didn't see it last night, I'm normally very thorough. Also, he told police he just went to her room, placed his hand over her mouth and told her to be quiet. I tell my wife and kids to NEVER go without a fight. Scream, fight, claw, scratch ......... do NOT allow yourself to be taken by someone. EVER. If she'd just have screamed, if the door would have been locked ........... if the *@&^#@ parole board would have not let this man go ............ [:@][:@][:@][:@]

And unfortunately the mechanism in place to handle these animals will fail again. They(judges and parole board) just don't get it.

This is a case where the gene pool needs some cleansing.The whole family is sh##t.All of them are on meth /crack or both.The step sister knew he killed her and didn't say anything.
You just hope there is a special place in hell for these people.

Here in Wisconsin we actually pay taxes that go towards purchasing homes and building new homes to house convicted sex offenders on parole.

these are not jails, these are HOMES. And they always plop these b&stards right in the middle of neighborhoods with kids.

tardfarmer is half right, it's actually worse.

We have a sexual predator law that states that once someone is classified a sexual predator (by either number of offenses or severity of offenses), they can be locked up indefinitely.

These pukes were ordered released by a judge, even when they didn't have to be.

Like homosexuality, the inclination or propensity is there or it is not. Only in twisted human conditions can those rules be twisted.
