I heard on the news last night that ol Bob was giving a million dollar endowment to several law schools to start or enrich programs on animal rights litigation including animal property rights--I'll keep looking for additional links

I think we already have enough litigious humans that we can do without providing legal aid to animals so that they can have their day in court to.

Possible Scenario: Elk, Autumn, Montana

I shoot a bull elk and a lawyer sees me. The lawyer then sues me on behalf of all the berieved cows that won't be getting inseminated by this gorgeous, loving, caring, understanding specimen of elk studliness.

holy crap, i'm surprised you guys remember that post... thats funny.

And it's all true. he wasn't cut lose until he showed up to work wearing a bra. At that point the 3pm coffee break to gawk at the cleaning thing became way too creepy.
