Ward Churchill and plagerism

My guess is that the reason these lefty looney's always plagerize is that they are:

a) too dimwitted to come up with something original.

b) can't back their stance.

c) looking for a handout.

I could be wrong but Mails is dead. I think that is why Chruchill choose to plagiaries him.
This particular issue is old news. When it first came up Churchill stated the original was his work not Mails. They knew each other.

The guy is a scumbag and the longer CO holds on or deals with him the deeper into the mud they will sink. He's already cost them a lot of money from the alumni.
They should dump this guy, no money, no buy out and then sue him for monies they paid him while he was there under fail pretences.

This is not a free speech issue. That issue may have brought this to the surface but those two things have long since distanced themselves as a cause for dismissal.
