"The high office of President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the Americans freedom, and before I leave office I must inform the citizen of his plight." (In a speech at Columbia University, 10 days before his assassination)

John F Kennedy
What did he mean?
Maybe he was a prophetic messenger who was somehow allowed to see 40 years into a future in which he envisioned an unlikely piece of legislative lunacy which would ultimately be dubbed "the Patriot Act".
If you think about this statement carefully, it would appear that Kennedy did not wish to share this information until just before he left office. This really makes you wonder.

You're asking me to prove a negative, something that never happened.
That's just like me saying, "Rem1100 today at his sentencing for a February 13th conviction for aggravated bovine sexual assault told the judge, "You can have this garlic press when you pry it from my cold, dead hand."
Now, what evidence do you have that it never happened?

there are no reliable indications and no documented evidence that President Kennedy even spoke at Columbia University at anytime between mid to late 1963 in any of the official presidential papers, nor are their any in any of Columbia's online records.
