Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Should Martha Stewart get executive pardon?

What say you.I personally think she was railroaded.I would like to see Bush give her a pardon and then she can thumb her nose at the idiots who prosecuted her.

Of course she was railroaded, she was used to move any sort of interest away from "the big boys".

And the likes of Lay will walk away laughing their arses off because of the corruption in this country's judicial system.

The American Dream now has the caveat of a big bank book.

Absolutely not. She was guilty and deserved to go to prison. Same as Lay and every other corrupt person.

If she did infact lie then she deserved the jail time, let it go at that. As for the rest of them, if the proof is there, go after them as well and no plea bargains. Lay and the rest of the slime balls need to be locked up and or fined as well although I'm not going to hold my breath until it happens. I would really like to see an investigation into the conduct of Joe Nachio as well, his conduct during his last few years with AT&T were questionable at best in my opinion and his tenure at Qwest is another area that should be under close scrutiny. Not that I don't like him at all, just that he's a dirtbag of the first order.
