A good law. However, thos enclosures are Irwins personal property and not a state or public one. I wonder if such a law could go into effect here in the US ?

The "powers that be" have already mandated prudence in hunting in countless ways from licensing to bag limits to the application of over 20,000 firearms laws, even down to the manner of dress.

Steve Irwin is an idiot for putting his toddler at risk like that.
I'm not sure there needs to be 'stupid Steve legislation' because of the incident but at the very least, he should be bitch slapped by Terry (his wife).
And by the way, Irwin is a serious anti-hunting advocate so I'm glad he's catching a little hell over this.
