That's easy. California and New York. No offense to anyone, but those are the 2 states where most of the people try to control the rest of the states. At least that's how I see it.

California -- twice. Because you can never be too sure. Mainly to get rid of all the crap the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals hands down.
Might ad Mass. to the mix, but only if that gets rid of the liberal senator. And Kennedy, too.
I don't think I actually would want to dispose of any states. There's good people in all of them. It's just sometimes, those people are overshadowed by the people that make you want to scream.
