To most people, anything with a detachable mag and a pistol grip is an AK-47. Romanian SAR-1's are cheap and easy to come by, though, so that could be it.

I'm not sure if you were serious or not but thought i'd update you on that one. There was a school shooting at Columbine High School (Littleton, Colorado) by two students (in 1999) There were about 12 students and 1 teacher killed before the gunmen killed themselves.
