I don't know how many of you remember this case, I was a lad when ODL or one of those mags did an article on him. I just read he was being released from prison after 22 years for killing two Conservation Officers. If I'm not mistaken he even escaped and was on the lose for a short time. How the hell did this guy get out of the joint? He killed two cops and is free 22 years later?
We have a local guy here that claims Claude Dallas is his "Hero" and wants all Game Wardens and Cops dead. Hope he doesn't try something now that his "Hero" is out of the pen. One of the guys I work with mentioned this case just a week or so ago, I'll have to let him know about it this morning as he has made more than a few enemies over the past 30 years cleaning up a rather notorious WMA.
I think Dallas shot two wardens, then walked up to them and shot them in the head with a .22 to "finish" them off. Not my idea of a "hero". I just cannot believe he is getting out. What I heard was he was convicted of man slaughter and not murder, thus the release.
North Texan if you are a model citizen, never doing much wrong, have good lawyers and a do some thinking ahead, murdering someone doesn't hold that big a penalty anymore
I think that I heard on the news that he did 20 years. This bum should have never seen the light of day for what he did. I wonder how the hell he got manslauter for what was purely 1 st degree murder?

I am not for killing but to me it is the same to kill a worden as to kill any one else in the world.I do not think that any one should be more time than anouther.I think they should put the death sentecs to work Right now they just feed them for years.Let them die in there.WHY not kill them save the space and the feed money.
