Every so often, I hear that it is going to happen, and within the next year or so, since Iran is quickly developing nukes. Seems to me that should be of huge interest to the media, considering what is at stake.
First, is it inevitable, and if so, is Israel going to use nukes? I can understand fully why they absolutely cannot allow Iran to gets nukes.
Also, unlike the early 80's when Israel knocked out a reactor in Iraq whose location was widely known, Iran is supposedly making the nuke components in different areas of the country, where they cannot be easily destroyed. Short of Iran agreeing to stop nuke production, how can Israel stop Iran from making nukes?
Supposedly, the U.S. is also monitoring these sites as well. I'd imagine something is probably in the works by us, Israel or both. Also, if Iran loses its' nukes, their government is history. They won't have the power to prevent an uprising of their own people.

Usually when I talk about my dislike for Israel someone will call me am anti-semite. Nope just pro USA. Don't care what religion anyone is when I see the things Sharon has done I call him a war criminal.Not because he's jewish because he massacred women and children. That's not entirely true Tard ,
they keep the Arabs disorganized and fighting among themselves which , along with their stubborn insistence to live past the 12th century , keeps them right where we want them . Producing oil and minding their own affairs . Other than oil the Arabs have nothing we want either , and don't need our money , so why do they get so much foreign aid from us ?

Interesting. In any case, something has got to happen soon. I just read on Drudge where Iran and Syria are criticizing the President for his comments about them in the State of the Union Address Last Night. The article reaffirmed Iran's denial that it is developing nukes for weapons. Just underneath that article is another article claiming that Iran is testing nuclear detonating devices. Because of this and other reasons, it is obvious that Iran IS developing nuke weapons and can't be trusted.

The American media is still spending its time on the battles in Washington. I expect them to start paying more attention to the Iranian situation once the war drums start beating in earnest (might be sooner than later).

I think it is inevitable unless we decide to act first. Israel is Iran's main target, so they'd be fools to expect us to go in there for them. Not that Iran won't try to nuke us if possible, but Israel is much closer, more or less surrounded by pro-Tehran forces, and it's the very thing they despise most--a Zionist state. The Israelis face genocide if there is no action against the Iranians.
If the Israel government and military feel the only way to ensure the end of Iran's nuclear weapons program, I don't think they'd hesitate for a moment to drop tactical nukes. The second holocaust is not something they take lightly.

If Iran doesn't stop the program (which they won't), the only way to do it is military action. Special operations on the ground, or tactical strikes from the air. It will take a highly secret, coordinated effort.
Is Israel going to attack Iran soon?
