Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Quick Note about Time Warner

I know this is WAAAAAAAY off topic but it got me so angry I thought everyone should know.

If you have T.W. Cable and/or road runner at your home, and you call TW and tell them that you're going to switch to satellite and/or DSL -- they offer to drop your rates.

I'm in the process of contacting them to do just that. I know of about 10 people who once they found this out (from another friend who did drop T.W.), called them and got their cable/RR bills dropped from about $90/month down to $40 !!! WITH ONE PHONE CALL.

GRRRRRRRRRRRR, this makes me angry...

More than likely no more money there then what goes down the drian after a few beers

I did realize what you were saying. If you recall TW had everybody by the short hairs when they were the only game in town. Now with a couple of satellite providers they have some real competition and are scrambling to stay near the top in the market. It ain't going to happen unless they come way down in price like you indicate.

I am going to pass this onto a few of my buddies who have TW and see if they can get a deal. The problem is they are in Milwaukee not the burbs and I don't think they have the same leverage as people in Waukesha.
