A grand jury indicted Jackson, 46, on four counts of child molestation, four counts of administering an intoxicating agent, one count of attempted child molestation and one count of conspiracy to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion.
He has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
Earlier this month, ABC News reported details of secret grand jury testimony that included lurid allegations from Jackson's accuser about what the cancer-stricken boy said happened between him and Jackson behind closed doors at the singer's Neverland ranch in 2003.

Regular porn is not against the law. I don't know that kids reading porn is illegal, is it ?

And so this gets more weird everyday. A man who is absolutely one of the weirdest people on the planet who settled a similar accusation with money a few years ago is accused by a kid and mom who earlier said nothing happend and has made other court appearances it seems and accused of getting the cancer kid drunk and molesting him after sharing porn ? Mark my words this is going to be a very, very weird trial.

I read through page 4 and that was enough. I suspect the smoking gun survives on creating smut on people, however if even a partial of that is true Michael Jackson will see prison time.
